They provide access to mental health, suicide prevention and intervention as well as gender affirming counselling to LGBTQ+ youth and their families.

As well as offering tools to help you stop self harming, find an online therapist or to help a loved one who may be struggling. They also offer online games, videos and motivational quotes if you are in need of some positivity or a distraction.

They teach about the 5 stages of grief, offer podcasts, online grief workshops and have plenty of articles regarding loss, suicide and grief, the loss of a child, etc. They also have a space on their website where you can find grief groups in your area.
